Delivery Terms
Østsjællands Motorcykler ships your package via GLS and expects a maximum shipping cost of 160 DKK. However, we always find the lowest price with GLS. Deliveries are normally made within 4-7 working days, subject to backorders. Timely delivery assumes that GLS meets its day-to-day delivery obligations. In case of delays with GLS, the delivery will be correspondingly delayed in relation to the expected delivery date. In case of backorders, an email will be sent with the expected delivery time. If the item is not wanted on backorder, it can be canceled free of charge. Østsjællands Motorcykler cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS. However, if a shipment is delayed for several days or never arrives, arrangements will be made to either send a new item or cancel the purchase.
For deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, the item is shipped in accordance with the applicable GLS prices/delivery times for parcel shipments.
Warranty
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a warranty of 24 months is provided for all items. The warranty means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that have occurred within 24 months after the purchase.
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICAL PARTS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, AND USED PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
The warranty only covers any defects and deficiencies that existed in the item upon delivery. The warranty does not cover defects, damage, and wear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, inadequate maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. You must complain within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If you complain within 14 days, the complaint is always considered timely. Depending on the specific situation, you may either have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction.
Østsjællands Motorcykler does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Returned items should include information about name, address, invoice number, and the issue with the item. Returned items should be sent to:

Right of Withdrawal
At Østsjællands Motorcykler, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for electrical parts, special order items, and used parts. The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition as upon delivery, and in its original packaging. A receipt must always be included.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Payment Terms
PayPal
Payment is made via PayPal, where you can choose to use your credit card or create a free PayPal account.
PayPal is the world’s largest internet payment system, with more than 50 million users, and can be used directly by anyone with an email address.

You order the item on Østsjællands Motorcykler’s site and pay via PayPal’s secure payment site. Your order will be delivered as soon as your PayPal payment is approved. The amount for the item will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from Østsjællands Motorcykler. Easy and secure.

Payment can also be made via bank transfer. The amount is deposited into your bank, which handles the transaction. Your bank needs the following information:
